Late night /overnight Santiago

Hi. We are coming back in April 25 and land at Santiago at 22.10. We have accomodation booked in A Coruna for the first two nights before starting the Camino Inglese, but I don't wholly trust Ryanair. If our flight is delayed we may well miss the last train from Santiago to A Corona, and then we will be ... stuck.
So my question is.... Are there any good all night cafes/bars - that do food - open on weekdays till 4am, when we will make our way to the railway station for the first train ?

If your scheduled landing time is 22:10 then IMO you have no chance whatsoever of catching the 23:42 train even if Ryanair break the habit of a flight-time (horrible pun, sorry) and land when they say they're going to.

You might be better booking accommodation in Santiago, somewhere with 24 hour reception, or swallowing the taxi fare. Likely to be fairly fierce.

Your best bet for an "all-night" cafe is probably at the airport or at the Intermodal but I wouldn't rely on either. Nor would I consider kipping at the intermodal. The airport maybe as there at least you'll have airport security keeping an eye on you

The short answer’s ‘no’ and you’ll get hoofed-out of both the airport and the intermodal shortly after the last transport’s arrived or left.

If your La Coruña booking’s modifiable, I’d overnight in Santiago with 24hr reception. If not I’d save up for the taxi fare.

Outside of the resorts Spain’s far from being a 24hr country.

I don't trust Ryanair as almost every flight I've taken with them this year has been between one and two hours late landing. But thanks to all for the responses. I have amended my booking in A Coruna, and booked somewhere near the station for the first night. We will get the morning train

IF the plane lands on time or close and you get a taxi you should easily make flight

Consider Hotel Garcas, just outside the Santiago airport. It is walking distance. A taxi ride would be very short, less than 5 minutes.

Have used hotel Garcas a couple of times,good value and early breakfasts. Bus stop for Santiago and train station is just outside hotel on opposite side of road.

I arrived in Santiago after midnight, and after wandering for hours, found a McDonald's open at three AM. But when they insisted that they were required to charge me in dollars, I left the burger on the counter and walked away.
