Is anyone currently using a fitness ring (health tracker)?

My Fitbit is about to bite the dust. I have been looking at some of the fitness rings as a change of pace from a watch style. I had one back in the day and loved it but the company went out of business. I'm having a hard time slogging thru the various Amazon listings and affiliate clickthrough-for-commission websites to really find info. I have an iPhone 14.

Is anyone using one? What brand? What do you like or not like about that one vs another?

I think the harder question is what tech is really needed and the cost/value proposition that follows.

Ease of use with App is another point together with battery capacity.
