Irun, Albergue Goikoerrota

Hi, has anyone stayed at Albergue Goikoerrota (otherwise known as Capitan Tximista, Barrio Jaizubia, 14), just outside Irun, recently? I am unable to make a booking (for any date) on either booking.com or their own website. Thanks. Jill

Hi Jill - It's been a few years since I stayed there. Back then, I received a response within 24 hours to every email I sent. Have you tried writing them, or just using the web interface? info@capitantximista.com

Hi Dave, just for the record, they replied promptly to my email, and my bed is reserved.

(The reason for making a reservation is because three of us, coming from different directions, are meeting up in Irun to start the Norte together, and Albergue Goikoerrota looked like an ideal place to start from. The three of us met on a previous camino; am so looking forward to meeting up with them again. )
