- Time of past OR future Camino
- walking every day for the rest of my life
Because we were walking in September I did not do my usual seed-growing.
The day after we returned home we pulled out all the weeds from our vege patch (and my three-year-old asparagus too - sob). Then we went to the garden centre and bought seedlings. When a potted specimen called "Pepino El Camino" caught my eye, I just knew we had to have it in our garden - despite its cost. What wonderful memories it will bring back - when we eat its fruit I am sure we will remember the blackberries we picked every day, the grapes, the apples an orchardist gave us right from out of his perch in his tree, the extra plums our girls were given after we had bought some, the watermelons a man forced us to carry....
Have YOU done anything a little irrational entirely because of your camino?
