How to Ship Luggage on a Sunday

Hi! I’ll be arriving on Sunday in Asturias and will walk the Camino del Norte from there. After arriving I was planning on going straight to a post office to ship my luggage to SDC with the Paq Peregrino but now I see all offices are closed on Sunday. If I wait till Monday 8:30am I will lose a lot of time (I land at 9am and was planning to start walking that day).

Any tips/recommendations on how I can ship my luggage to SDC from Avilés on Sunday? Or, how to send it to the hostel I’ll stay at Sunday night so that I can then ship it through the Paq Peregrino on Monday morning?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

We were able to arrange online and in advance to have Correos pick up at our hotel and ship to the next with Paqmochilla? You might go on their website and try that. Once arranged you just print the tag and attach it to your backpack.. Have it shipped along with you until you arrive somewhere where you have time to wait for the post office to open for Paq Peregrino services? It may cost more, but it sounds like time may be more important to you?

Sometimes it just isn't convenient...

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
I agree with @J Willhaus that shipping to your next destination via Correos' Paq Mochila program, then when you get to a town with a Correos office on a weekday you can ship to Santiago.

Find all of the Correos services in their website:
