How to get to the Porto bus station since taxis won’t reserve for this.

I’m being told I have to walk to the bus station from my hotel. Lux hotel as the taxis will not reserve to the bus station but only to the airport. Reason I’m asking is that my case is heavy and rain is showing. Any help?

Although I never use Uber I hear that they operate in Porto.

Then you can inform yourself at a taxi rank? There is one at Alameda/ direction San Clemente.
Busstop also at Praza Galicia.
