My gf used a pair of Hoka Speedgoats for her camino and they held up well, same for another guy we met which was super enthusiastic about his Hokas (he did the whole route from SJPDP to SDC, the soles were almost slick). On the other hand i've used a pair of Topo MTN Racer 2 and they broke after 100km, now the'll send me another pair for free.
