2019 (late Sept): CF: SJPdP-->Leon (honeymoon!)
Currently on CF, I plan to walk out of SdC on Sat 10/21 and return by bus on Sun 10/28 for 15:00 train to Madrid. Looking for suggestions. If you had 8 days what route would you go? What would you be sure to see/do? I'm leaning Muxia first and 2 days in both Muxia & Fisterra. I've read I can pick up a guide in SdC but wanted to get some solid planning done before my arrival in SdC on 10/19. If it matters to your recommendation, I am a strong hiker (clipped 46km one day last week on CF), don't mind hills or rough terrain, despise pavement. Thank you in advance for your reply.

I would say, walk to Finistere and Muxia.

It's a nice walk to Finistere to Muxia I don't know never bin there yet.

Wish you a wonderful time and a Buen Camino,Peter.

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
You could do the Ingles, ferrol to SDC and at the distances you walk you might be able to fit in the Finisher route as well.

Maybe I caught it at a bad time but I'd say 2 full days in Muxia is a bit much unless you literally have nothing else to do.

And I would dearly love to spend a couple days in Muxia -- even if I did have other choices!

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.
