Getting from Paris ORY to Bayonne Questions

I am arriving at ORY airport in Paris around 1:50PM and plan to take the train from Montparnasse to Bayonne at 3:50PM. I have a couple of questions about this plan and wanted to get any advise from those who have experience?

1) Is this enough time to get from ORY to the Montparnasse train station?
2) Is this the best way to get a train from ORY to Bayonne?

It totally depends on the time of day. You can sit in traffic for hours in bus or taxi or just breeze through
