Time of past OR future Camino
Portuguese Way September 2017.
French Way May 2018.
Planning some sort of camino for Sep 2019..
Hi all, am on the Frances right now and looks like I’m gonna walk into SDC on Wednesday next.. my flight home is Saturday from SDC so my question is-is there a bus that would take me even part way to muxia and I could walk a good bit then and maybe take a bus back on Friday evening?..

Any info at all would be appreciated, I just don’t really wanna hang around SDC for 2 and a half days I’d rather be waking if I can :) I was in SDC last September after Portuguese way and spent few days there so would love to use my few days wisely if I can! Any Camino veterans/experts hit me with your knowledge! :D
Thanks, Jacky

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
..also, I should say, I went to Finisterre last year so if I’d the choice between that or Muxia I’d choose the latter :) Both would be great obviously but don’t think that’s possible!

At present the buses back to Santiago from Muxia are at 6.45 or 14.30, no evening bus. Easy to catch a bus to Muxia, stay the night and return next day to Santiago. Not sure about walking partway.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
Beware: there are not many buses to and from Muxia on weekends and in the evening. You may have to foot it out.

Hi Jacky. Why not take a bus from sdc to Finisterre then walk to Muxia and get a bus back. Or vice versa.

Ideal pocket guides for during & after your Camino. Each weighs only 1.4 oz (40g)!
Hi all, thanks so much for the suggestions and info, unfortunately now I’ve ‘done my knee ligament in’ according to the passing doctor who strapped me up today.. hobbled into Mercadoira at a snails pace. So no extra walking for me, will be thrilled if I can make it to SDC now!..

Ouch!

Don't hurt yourself by walking, when you should have stopped. It's not worth it.

Best of luck

Take care of yourself! And no matter what happens next, think about what you’ve already accomplished!

Oh hey Faith! Yes was great to meet you too and delighted I got to come and see the pilgrim house in SDC, a real beauty! Yep home now since Saturday night and adjusting to not walking every day, I miss it so much! :) Hope to see you again! J
