We recently closed a thread discussing this very issue, only because no more official information is available, and we were drifting into conjecture and speculation. I think we should close this thread too and wait for more developments.

Understandably, many people are interested in this topic, but at this point the only official news is that the implementation will be delayed till 2025. When there are official announcements, feel free to start a new thread to keep us up to date, but please limit the threads to news coming from the official websites that are posted in both of these recent threads.
