If you don't hear from her, you may want to contact the Pilgrim Center in Santiago and ask that they post a note at the area that hands out the credentials so that they can look for her.

Maybe there's a case for the credentials to have a space for mobile phone numbers (as well as name, address and ID number) in order to establish a quick contact?
Mind you I remember seeing many credentials presented at the Pilgrim Office that, apart from the name, hadn't been filled in at all.
