Got an early start due to the expected heat, leaving Chatillon at 0600.
During the day I again passed 3 castles or remnants thereof.
Passed numerous waterfalls and scenic rivers and bridges.
With about a km or so to go I crossed paths with 5 other VF walkers and stopped for a few minutes to compare notes, enjoy the shade and a few laughs.
When I reached Arnad I cleaned up and walked to a highly touted , "pilgrim friendly"
Restaurant name "La Kiuva" in Arnad and ate, for the first time, wild boar.
***I highly recommend this restaurant, not only for its amazing food, but for its reasonable prices, cleanliness and great service***
