Camino Portugues

Hi, I am new to the forum. Hiked St. Jean to Santiago in 2009. Looking at this time for flights from Miami to Porto. Who has done Porto to Santiago and then go on to Finisterre? Hope to go April into May. I am somewhat confused on the different routes leaving Porto, like the idea of walking along the beach. Any feedback? A friend from Holland is joining me can't forget 2009 need to come back.
