On the front page of the site, http://www.pilgrimage-to-santiago.com, I have some pilgrim photos listed down the left side (scroll down a bit). These photos comes from the "Camino de Santiago" group on Flickr. This is a collection of 3500 photos from the camino with contributions from 315 members.
This has to be the biggest collection of pilgrim photos out there, and the quality of these photos are pretty good as well:
