Hello all, just off the VDLP a couple of weeks ago and planning my next adventure. Here's what I have in mind; Camino Frances to Camino Arles and hoping to get to the Francigena through Nice and Genoa into Lucca then to Rome. Can someone tell me if there is a trail from Arles to Genoa or to the Francigena? I may reverse this, still debating.....

Many thanks,

Many thanks,
I did that Camino in 2002, here some tips (as the geography doesn't change ;-)
The French GRs are typically waymarked in both directions but be careful when you come to a crossing of two of them to choose the correct one.
From Toulouse onward you can follow the Canal du Midi/Canal du Rhone a Sète, perhaps sometimes a bit winded but obviously flat and no problem to find the way.
Crossing Genoa on foot is {insert favourite swear word here}, perhaps worth a rest day to break up this stage.
Hope this helps a little bit.
