Hi forum friends,

Tomorrow we will walk into Santo Domingo. We want to take a bus to Burgos and then to Aguilar to walk part of the Olvidado.

Can anyone tell me where the bus station is in Santo Domingo? We may be short of time, so any info would help. We will be coming in from the Camino Vasco Interior not the Francés. Muchas gracias.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

I took the bus from Santo Domingo to Burgos last spring. I remember the bus station being in the busy”new” section of town just a couple streets away from “old” town and the Camino. It was easy to find and the bus ride was good. Buen Camino!

Hi all.

Sorry to resurrect an old(ish) thread to ask the same question, but the links in the responses above seem either to contradict each other or don't work.

I'm intending to bus from Burgos to Santo Domingo and I'm trying to work out where I'll end up, which might affect my choice of accommodation that night. Has anybody used a bus to/from Santo Domingo recently?

Ideal pocket guides for during & after your Camino. Each weighs only 1.4 oz (40g)!

According to Google Maps, this is where the bus station currently is:

It looks like it's very central, and within a few minute's walk to a number of albergues and hotels.
