Salad is salad. In my youth it was a bundle of butterhead lettuce, a boiled egg sliced, a few slices of tomato, and some sliced ham. And vinegar. Maybe a few pickled onions. And salad cream. You tell me, what is it nowadays? There was no space for even the word metaphor in them days, dear poster!Philosophical . . . Is salad a metaphor for the multicultural nature of the Camino?
We didn't know there was more thane one kind of lettuce, and it was half an egg, not even a whole one!

I am not a fan of salads, but if you like vegetables please check out Sarasate vegetarian restaurant. The food is amazing and the proprietor is very nice. Even carnivores love the food there!

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).
