Has anyone used Top Santiago for baggage transfer? I paid 55€ to have very small bag transferred from Vila do Conde in Portugal to casa Ivar in Santiago. I emailed Ivar to enquire if he had received it, no answer. Then used WhatsApp to contact Top Santiago. Apparently they left it at a bus station and failed to notify me. Has anyone else had trouble with them? I still don’t have my bag.
