I highly recommend the part of the north coast of Galicia between Neda and Ribadeo. That's simply spectacular. I've done it in June 2014 coming back from Santiago.
There are many options to walk along the coast. You will find mine in http://caminaire.com/traversee-de-lespagne/cote-nord-de-galice/ (sorry, it's in French but you can find links to GPS tracks).
You can find hostales in many places sometimes not really more expensive than albergues (around 20€).
It was one of the best part of my way from Tarifa (GR7, Camino Mozarabe, Camino de Guadalupe, Via de la Plata, Camino Sanabres, Camino Ingles, North coast of Galicia, Camino Norte through Oviedo).

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
