Any updates on the Lana accommodation situation?

Much sooner than expected.
Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has walked the Lana within the last year, and may have updated information on accommodation on this route. I've read the planning threads, and the 'Live on the Camino' threads, but they're all over a year old, and it strikes me that this camino is one which needs to be updated regularly. So, before my own attempt on it, is there anyone on the forum who's walked it recently, but hasn't left a 'Live' thread? I'd be grateful for any up-to-date information.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.

Within the last year I don't know, but I plan to walk from Valencia to Cuenca a second time this summer (june-july according to my plans). I will do an update on accomodation on this branch then. I am not sure about accomodation in Siete Aguas and El Rebollar around stage 3. Anyway there is always the possibility to take the commuter train back to spend the night in Valencia if accomodation is scarce.

Or is it the way from Alicante that you are most interested in?

Yes, my plan is either to walk from Alicante, or via the Camino del Alba variant. I'll be going in February, if all goes well, so perhaps I can supply some useful information for you, at least for part of the way up to Cuenca. Thanks for your previous entertaining and informative threads on the Lana!

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).
