In the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lapa (Nossa Senhora da Lapa - Sernancelhe).
I would like to inform you, that a pilgrim albergue was also opened in the Sanctuary of Senhora da Lapa, in the municipality of Sernancelhe, where there was no accommodation for pilgrims.
The path was altered to pass through this sanctuary. It is a place of pilgrimage in Portugal, especially on the 15th of August.
It is managed by the nuns and has approximately 100 beds. It is advisable to book because during the school holidays there may be groups of young people on spiritual retreat.
I recommend a detour through this sanctuary.
