Albergue with privacy curtain (and towel)

I sleep so much better when there's a privacy curtain on the bunk bed. Can anyone recommend an albergue with privacy curtains based on recent experience in Finisterra, please?

They are nice. There's a newly opened one near the Santiago airport just a short walk from the highway called albergue a Fabrica with curtains and locker (not sure about towel since I had my own). Good kitchen and bathroom. Light on the heat in winter though.

If you look on Gronze there are often photos of the albergues and their beds. Also if there is no photo but they have a link to Bookings you will almost surely get photos of the beds they offer.

My camino towel is a standard sized yoga floor towel, intended to go on top of a yoga mat. The yoga towel is made of microfiber material and measures about 24 inches by 56 inches. It does not have grippy dots.

I bought this specific type of towel so I could wrap it around my prodigious self for privacy when coming to and from an albergue shower area. But, with the addition of 4 - 6 medium sized, office type paper spring clips, it makes a handy privacy curtain between too close bunk beds. This is also an ideal drying solution for the towel.

I know that many pilgrims carry the absolute tiniest towel they can possible find. But, if modesty is at all a desired attribute, my approach is arguably better. Plus, most specialized, and more expensive, "hiking towels" are not long enough for me to wrap around my generous waist. The very thought of me attempting to cover my privates with the dish-towel sized microfiber towels that many pilgrims use is truly comical.

When folded away, this towel rides in a gallon-sized ziplock bag at the very bottom of my rucksack. A three liter sized ziplock (EU standard) also works fine. The weight is, to me, negligible. The yoga towel only comes out if needed. The size of this towel and its color - bright orange - make it useful for several other uses as well. I have used it as an added layer over myself in a bed during early season Caminos.

It also helps that I am 71, and ask for a bottom bunk when I stay in an albergue.

I made my own with a lightweight pareo. Doubled as a skirt, scarf, and towel.

I do not. I also like privacy. I always ask for a lower bunk when I reserve a bed. And I have found that if I can create even a partial sight barrier, at my head, this helps. I carry 2 things to accomplish this. My somewhat long, but narrow, microfiber towel doubles as 12-14 inch screen. And I take a very lightweight scarf to pin up or secure by the weight of the upper bunk.
I stayed at a small albergue I can recommend in Finisterre--Alb Arasolis. It is on the main street going through the very small. The owners met on the Camino and # then married about 14 years ago. They also own the ice cream shop across from the small Albergue.
They are wonderful people. However, you will need to have an eye cover or just a shirt to cover your eyes as I did find in the morning that some of the sun came through the blinds.

I use a part of an old sari (cheap silk, very compact), with magnets or savity pins i connect it to the upper bunkbed to give me some privacy.

I actually looked at the pictures of all the albergues in Fisterra listed on Gronze and didn't see any beds with curtains.
Hostel Oceanus Finisterre looks like it has built in bunks, but no curtains.

I was there last summer. In my remembering there were curtains, but indeed on Gronze photos there are not...

Many folks seem to improvise and use towels/sheets etc to create their very private area!

It's a 4 day holiday now, then fly home. My camino is over for another year (See Camino de Catalan forum, from Barcelona to Muxia, if interested in the daily adventures).

I stayed there a couple weeks ago. There are curtains for each section of 8 bunks and he keeps genders separate if possible.

There was a place in Negeira that had some similar section curtains but the number of bunks varied and one side didn't have them.
