Albergue Ribadesella closed?

On this website it says that the albergue in Ribadesella is closed (without any further explanation):

Has anyone passed it recently? Any alternatives in the vicinity?

It was closed when we walked through at the end of May. People in the albergue at San Esteban de Leces were saying that the owner had died.

Thanks @jimsheppard, that might explain why there is no more information yet. The owner must have died unexpectedly.
