The Camino Olvidado is quite unknown and I think its surroundings can be even more unknown what might result in missing interesting places close to the camino because you didn't know about them.
Something like 2 kms away from Quisicedo you'll find the cave and rock hermitage of San Bernabé (for info about the rock hermitage, take a look at the info provided by the council of Merindad de Sotoscueva at: www.merindaddesotoscueva.es/turismo-y-ocio/monumentos/ermita-de-san-tirso-y-san-bernabé) and a bit more far away the cave Palomera (www.cuevapalomera.es). Both of them are located at the Ojo Guareña Karst (one of the two biggest karsts known in Spain) in the Natural Monument of Ojo Guareña (www.patrimonionatural.org/ren.php?espacio_id=35). The Park House of the Natural Monument of Ojo Guareña (where you can get info about the Natural Monument, what to see, schedules, hiking routes...) is located on the town of Quintanilla del Rebollar (on the Camino Olvidado, before Quisicedo). You can find all the relevant contact details of the Park House at www.patrimonionatural.org/casas.php?id_casa=4 Don't overlook the right hand menu (where it says Documentos) with the opening times of the Park House and some other info about it.
You can look online for more info about these places and decide by yourself if they are interesting enough for you as to make the detour.
P.S.: The home page of the web of the council of the Merindad de Sotoscueva (www.merindaddesotoscueva.es) can be a(nother) source to get info about the opening times of the cave and rock hermitage of San Bernabé.
