I am hoping to walk from Radicofani to Rome in early May. Since this is a Jubilee year will I have problems finding lodging?

I don't think anyone will be able to give you a reliable answer. Not enough precedent to judge. Personally I think it is very likely that the VF will be exceptionally busy this year. Since the opening of the Holy Door in St Peter's on December 24th more than half a million have already passed through. Only a small percentage of this year's Jubilee pilgrims will be walking the VF but accommodation along the route is far more scarce than on the Camino Frances or Portugues. It would not take much of an increase to fill the available spaces.

I walked during the Year of Mercy in 2016, when the Holy Door was open, as were many in cathedrals along the way. It was not particularly busy, but a lot has changed in nine years, and the route is much more popular, especially from Tuscany on to Rome.

I would have a suspicion that on the VF close to Rome there will be an increase in pilgrim numbers- like @Bradypus not huge - but maybe enough to put pressure on the limited accommodation in spots.
