Hi, just wanted to share a nice adress for tortilla at Betanzos although there are plenty more here.
We had lunch at Bikiño, pilgrim reduction and coffee with aguardiente on the house

Did this place offer smaller portion size tortillas? Most restaurants seem to serve giant ones intended for two people.

We like ours well cooked too, not runny in the middle. I think Betanzos was the only place where they were made like that. Lovely firm ones everywhere else.

I also like a non-runny tortilla, but that's the feature of the Betanzos style of tortilla.
