Most Renfe trains I have ridden have been pretty full. Given your need for assurance, I don't mean to sound too critical, but it does seem somewhat selfish to tie up a seat until the last minute. Ok, hour. Buen Camino

"somewhat selfish"? It is super selfish! Like those who reserve a bed in albergues in various locations to have "flexibility" in choosing where to sleep, and then cancel their reservation at the last minute (or sometimes don't). Those beds remain...

Orisson is very specific about the luggage transfer companies they work with: these are Donkey Service (which is NOT Express Bourricot despite a similar name) and Transports Claudine. I have a feeling that both these companies would store your...

Yes, I have, on August 28th I took the cercanías train from Chamartín to T4 terminal at the airport. The schedule of those trains from Chamartín to the airport seems to have not been affected. They leave as usual every 15 or 20 minutes, although...

Must be late spring or early summer. The first time I crossed the dam/bridge the water was so low you could just make out the old bridge. But in May 2017 it was about this full. BTW great photo.
