Yes, you will be able to get a taxi. Ask your accommodation to organize it for you. And find out what the cost will be about. I had to get a few taxis in Oct last year and the average cost was about E2 per kilometre.
If you want to use a credit card, you should ask about that when you call. Some do not take credit cards, only cash. And there may be a higher charge for Sundays or holidays.

Back in 2017 it was! We arrived in Astorga during siesta on a Sunday, so it was a bit tricky to find one, but there was a kind driver who was willing to drive us after searching and being pilgrim patient.
