My experience (2019) was that they tended to be rather suburban (makes sense, that's where people live in houses. Need houses to have home-stays).

The guide is very good. Make sure you get the 2024 version. Apparently you can buy it in the bookshop in Geneva's train station Cornavin. Also in the tourist office in Frangy.
