I've been home from the Frances for just over a week. I had a doctor's appointment yesterday. He asked me about the Camino and checked my vitals. I'm 60. He said: "Your vitals are incredible". I've bounced off the edge of high blood pressure... -

Can everyone bear rule 2 in mind before posting? The Spanish won’t be singing at all: their anthem doesn’t have any words but it would be a potential breach of rule 2 to explain why.

Holy mother of cows! That second ascent was brutal!! 🥵 I don't know if it's over yet: I found the albergue in Cabañes open and the señora who is cleaning opened the bar for me! I thought there would be nothing before Tama (close to Potes) but...
