    No. That's disgusting, because those liners are there for a reason. If you refuse them, you're adding a night's-worth of your sweat and sebum and skin flecks on the mattress. Thanks a lot.

    If you walk 5-6hours per day and eat similar to your existing calorie intake at home, then you will lose weight. I usually do. Keep in mind that muscle is heavy, you can lose stomach diameter but not lose weight.
