Pretty much as everyone else has said. >90% you will probably make it, but there are lots of depending factors. What sort of train ticket do you have. Is it flexible, changeable etc. What are the associated fees. -

If s/he is a Polish citizen as a member of a Schengen, EU country, s/he won’t have to worry about customs and passport control.
