Saw this and thought I'd share: Go For A Walk

I loved this article. It speaks to much of what my husband and I have found to be true, my husband now on his 5th Camino and I have done four. The overcoming of the "interior shouting" is what we call the "Camino Mind." The walk does indeed become meditative. And, yes, we develop a greater sense of thankfulness along with a realization that yes, life can be as simple as just simply walking. I believe this is why we want to return again - and again - and again. Thank you for sharing this.
