I have similar needs, although for me it's more 15-20kms.
Eventually I do it near home, but I also I have been managing to satisfy those needs every two years in Europe. Hopefully the rate will increase one day, because I don't think those needs will disappear.

Hey Tom. Does the need continue for a number of weeks or months?
