Road open from Urdos to Somport!

The RN 134 suffered serious damage after the DANA that hit the area in September. Looks like the road has been repaired and re-opened, a month ahead of schedule.

Great news, and certainly earlier than expected !!

Though I guess that pilgrims will now have to once again share the road-walking sections up there with the heavy transport vehicles.

Still, bus lines open again soon I suppose.

Looks like the bus lines started up on the very day the road was opened — schedule posted is valid from Dec. 20, 2024, through the end of 2025.
