Unfortunately I left my Brierley guide at home. Does anyone know where one can be purchased in Porto, preferably near SAo Bento.
The Livraria Lello is far too difficult to get into.

Thank you

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
It would help to know your plan.
I checked consumer.es, they have a guide from Tui. Maybe use your preferred search engine for the particular route you hope to take. And I am sorry for your distress.

Walking from Barcelos to Valenca, then cutting over on the Ecovia to Aguarda and up through Vigo, through the Variante to Santiago ( a cut and paste route , Brierleys guide covered it all)

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
What a shame. I will not be smart here and say, the Camino will provide. However, it will. Have you a chance to get someone at home to scan the first pages, and maybe even post it to you for a few days ahead?

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
I am in Madrid right now and awaiting my 15:40 flight to Porto. I too will be staying near Sao Bento, and I have my Brierly guide with me. As I’m planning a simpler route, I’d be happy to hand off my guide to you sometime Monday. I plan to attend Mass at the Cathedral at 11am Monday. Just let me know!

This is quite the most wonderful Camino gift!

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.
