Good place for Tapas in Santiago

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).
I have not been, but have heard good things about Antollos. They have great reviews and they are on my list of places to visit next spring. The pictures on their website just inspired me to go eat lunch!

Petiscos Cardeac Tapas is absolutely the best! Very close to the cathedral. Every time we're in Santiago, we go nearly every day, sometimes multiple times a day.

Sit at the bar to get a great experience.

Gracias, as we walked into town, saw Antillos, in there now.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

1. Xuntanza is a craft beer joint popular with locals. They do a few special tapas each day. Get there right before they open to snag an outside table. My favorite place.
2. Bar La Cueva is open earlier than many. Try the “Rabid Tiger” tapa; mussels in a spicy sauce.
2. Pub Momo has an awesome terrace and views, cool stone walled interior. Popular with younger Spaniards; tapas are okay but fun place.
3. Os Croques Bar de Tapas is at the south end of Plaza de la Quintana. Their tapas are so-so but it’s my favorite people-watching spot and there is often live music out in the plaza.
4. Bar La Tita for their tortilla.
5. I haven’t tried Vinoteca O Filandón or Viñoteca Ventosela yet, but hear good things.

I don't recall finding a bad place, although I did find a couple of 'restaurants' serving re-heated pizzas and paellas that I would avoid if you haven't had your fill of tapas.

There's a place called Las Vegas that I liked last time I was in Santiago:

But I'd say the key is to put some distance between yourself and the cathedral (even get out of the historical center entirely), and then sit down at the shabbiest hole-in-the-wall bar you can spot. In Spanish touristy areas, there's often an inverse correlation between restaurant decor and food quality.

We loved this one too.
