I had delicious paella in this Albergue La Nave for dinner, although I don't recall seeing this chef, but a young guy Raul, him and her partner a couple of great hospitaleros, probably the best albergue in my Primitivo October 2018.

As I was passing through Lorca, there was a restaurant on the left side of the square who had a MASSIVE (I don't know what you'd call it) pan of paella going. I had already eaten at a donativo between Ciraqui and Lorca so passed...I regret it. I made up for it and got some in Najera, Madrid, and Los Arcos.
