Wheelchair Camino signage on the Norte?

I was looking through my photos from this year's Camino del Norte, and came across these pictures I took of some Camino signs near Colunga.

Does anyone know what they are for?

I saw these too this year on the Norte. I think it means that this part is wealchair accesible. I have no experience with wealchairs but i found some parts with this signes realy steep. So i am not sure
