Vegetarian diet on the Camino

Hola, I will be walking the French way in September. I am a little concerned about finding places, albergues, that offer vegetarian options or should I expect to buy groceries along the way to cook myself( donʻt really want to!). Would love suggestions

It's Vegetarians and Vegans on the Camino. I'm one of the moderators. We already have more than 3,000 members and lots of people have posted options along the Camino Francés and Portuguese. You'll have to search through the posts.
