Valcarlos reservation

In December I have tried by email to book a reservation for the municipal albergue in Valcarlos for March, I received no answer. I thought that I was too early because it was still 2023, I tried again few days ago still no answer, am I still too early ?

They may not take reservations?
Just a guess, I don't really know. But reservations on the Camino are not universal.
