Upcoming as the way from Oslo to the old church centre for Holy Olav, viking king of Norway. A very old way that is being revitalised as the Spanish caminoes are gaining popularity.

Interesting article, Alex - I think the Nidaros route will become more popular as the Frances gets saturated.

I am planning to walk St Olav's Way next year (2012). It appears to offer a quite different experience for a pilgrim to the Camino Frances or other Caminos in Spain.
