I should be flying out to Madrid on Mon to start my next camino. Seems typical that this is just a ‘summer’ finally arrives in UK (it will be about 27 deg C here today) and Madrid get torrential rain! I do plan to start a Live on the Camino thread once I have started.

I’ll be watching your posts with interest as I’m going to be their in 2 weeks myself. Hopefully none of the path is flooded or washed away. I’ll determine whether to bring poncho, rain jacket, umbrella or all 3 depending on your posts…

I always take a poncho and rain gear on every camino no matter the time of year!
