Seeking volunteer opportunties

My wife and I are looking for a long-term volunteer opportunity on the CPC route, ideally with room and board included. We are willing to serve in virtually any capacity. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hospitaleros? Outside the Camino, what about just googling "volunteer opportunities in Portugal"? Top result is an organization called "Volunteer in Portugal." Don't know anything about them, but it would be a start for checking it out.
