do any if you have insight into the best way to get from Santiago to Dubrovnik?
I googled for it just now and one of the search results said this:
Each month there are several airlines that offer direct flights from Santiago De Compostela (SCQ) to Dubrovnik (DBV). Among the top airlines that consistently provide SCQ to DBV flights include:
- Iberia Airlines - (IB) with 29 direct flights between Santiago De Compostela and Dubrovnik monthly
- Swiss International Air Lines - (LX) with 4 direct flights between SCQ and DBV monthly
Of course, when I checked in Skyscanner for actual flights for this coming October, there were none zilch nada direct flights between Santiago and Dubrovnik. There were not even any combined flights with one stop between them. Air travel is way down from what it used to be. Flights are not only cancelled, they have been abolished and are no longer on offer.
As others have said, there is no point in trying to predict flight schedules for 2022 on the basis on what is on offer now. And when, in a distant future, things are more like they used to be, the most obvious option is either a direct flight from Santiago to Dubrovnik or a flight from Santiago to Madrid and then a flight from Madrid to Dubrovnik or any other similar combination of three airports, such as Barcelona instead of Madrid, or Milan (Bergamo) in Italy, depending on duration and price on the day. Both Barcelona and Milan are major hubs for international flights from and to Spain.
