I am now in Sicily (focus lad this is a forum on the Camino in Spain)! I know I know. Woke up this morning in a mountain village under Mount Etna, smoke burbling skywards (you have been warned, try and stay on topic). Patience! Went down the road to a very dull town called Randazzo to visit the Casa della Musica E Liutteria Medievale. Guiseppe makes, repairs, and plays lutes, flutes, viols, and other musical instruments from medieval times working back. His current project? Yes, working on a copy straight from the Portico!
