Has anyone walked this route recently? If so, did you meet any other pilgrims walking it? I would like to get some idea as to how lonely it is. Also, was it well sign posted?

No I've not walked this one. Recently (September 2018) 4 of us walked the Camino del Baztan. Only on one occasion in the whole 6 days from Bayonne to Pamplona did we meet any pilgrims or any other walkers on that route. They were 3 Spaniards who were obviously fitter and faster walkers than us. I imagine the Ebro must be similar and fairly lonely.
