Hi Natty.

Leave town on the Avenida Doctor Toba, you will pick up the signs from there. It is well marked.

Buen Camino!

Only if you want to!!! But the Camino is signed from there,,, and it's not far from the town

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
Or just ask which way to Finisterre! The route to begin with is on one of the two roads out of town.

Good luck!

I can. I already went there today. If that’s the starting point I’ll walk there but I don’t want to walk from town and then go back on myself? 🤔
The Camino path takes you around the back of town,,,, not the port side and continues south

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
I would do what @daveyboyd suggests — find the Avenida Doctor Toba. It is the AC-5201 when it goes out of town, it takes you past the Lourido Beach (Playa de Lourido) and then you are off!
