Hoping to walk Lisbon to Porto via the Caminho do Mar next October and would be interested to know if anyone has walked the route lately and how was it.
Can't seem to find any information on maps, distances between towns, pilgrim accommodation, altitude profile, etc. Any information would be great. Thanks Jerry

Hi, jerby,
I've moved your thread to the "Coastal Route from Lisbon" subsection of the forum. If you scroll through this section, https://www.caminodesantiago.me/community/forums/Coastal-Camino-from-Lisbon/ you'll find a good bit of information about the Caminho do Mar as well as the Trilho das Areias (a route which is more coastal than the Caminho do Mar but probably not as well maintained or marked). If you have specific questions, just give a holler because I think there are a few forum members who have walked it recently.

Bom caminho, Laurie

Laurie, your a God send. Thank you so much. I have just received some good information from Isabel who is one of the leading campaigners for the promotion of the Caminho do Mar route. She's a fantastic woman.
I was looking at the more coastal route, but Isabel's enthusiasm and FB clips just won me over. Thanks again for all your help. You are one of the greats of this fantastic forum. Jerby

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
